Wood widens a big gap after SS3

Steve Wood has made hay while the sun doesn’t shine here in Enniscorthy, but the roads are drying. he took a massive 14.5″ out of Meirion Evans on the Long Lane test. The battle for 3rd to 5th couldn’t be more exciting, Gary Kiernan, John Dalton and Frank Kelly couldn’t be seperated my more than the with of a piece of paper on SS3 with only 0.3″ difference on their stage times. the gaps between them you might as well say didn’t change. Local driver Liam Howlett seems to have had a short rally, he went off shortly after the start of SS2, hence his no show in the results. Richard Moore is the leading local so far with Leon Galvin just outside the top 10.
