Michael Boyle now 8s clear
Michael Boyle has now pulled 8s clear of Eddie Doherty, he eked out another 3.1s on the penultimate spin around the stage in the Duncormick area. With the battles resumed down the main field, Daniel Cronin managed to better Doherty on this stage, although too far back to catch the 2nd place man, he’s looking very good for 3rd as he was exactly 6s faster than Matthew Boyle in 4th. Aidan Wray is 5th, but given how much faster Shane Quinn in 6th was on the stage, Quinn is definitely in catch territory. Casey Jay Coleman is comfortable in 7th, moving ever so slightly away from Andrew Purcell in 8th, Cal McCarthy is 9th, with James Stafford 10th. Watch this battle however, Stafford is 9s behind McCarthy but was 15.2s quicker on the stage, the Darrian seems to be back flying it
