The big new from SS13 is the weather having effected the rally for the first time, Declan Boyle’s rally seems to be done as he’s gone off the road on the stage. Everyone from Aiden Wray down has the same nominal time for the moment, more on that later. However, prior to this, Michael Boyle took 4.5s of an advantage over Eddie Doherty, the lead Boyle has is now stretched to 4.9s, the first time that it could look like we have a winner in the making.
