Let ther battle begin
The cars are now making their way out onto the first of the nine stages that will be completed before the end of the day. Some of the cars are still leaving the quayfront at the moment while the leading cars are just leaving the service area to make their way out to the 1st stage in Clonmines, which some of the leading drivers at the ceremonial start last night, reckoned to be an iconic stage worthy of a WRC event. The cars will complete two more stages today, in Ballycullane and Hayestown before service in the racecourse, and then repeat these three stages twice more before making their way back to town for the overnight stop.
