Wood by 22″ after SS4

Steve Wood has kept his lead but reduced by 1″ after SS4, Ian Barrett taking that second on the second tour of the Cleariestown test, Neither of these though set the fastest timer on that test, Stephen McCann had that honour. McCann’s car however is showing the scars of the battle, an off on a bend has left some of the bodywork on SS3, probably why he put the boot down on SS4. On the local end of things, Liam Howlett is well placed in 8th but Leon Galvin is nowhere to be seen, we will have to try get to the bottom of that story.
