Cronin within touching distance of the win
Now that we have stage times for SS15, Daniel Cronin just has to keep the car and himself under control for the next three stages to take the title in a few hours time. like in the last loop of stages where he gave up a bit of time to Ryan McHugh on the Blackwater stage, he took it back, and then some on the next two stages, his gap to McHugh now stands at 22sec,baring the unthinkable 7sec/stage is almost impossible for him to give up. Casey Jay Coleman Rallying is in 3rd, he’d have probably taken your arm at the shoulder if you offered him that place yesterday evening or this morning. 3rd to 10th places have stayed as was with Brennan, Bradley, Wood, Hetherington, Bolger, Morrissey & Hennessey all as was. Some of the battles we thought would materialise have stayed put, for the moment anyway, the one that might go down to the wire is between Steve Wood and Adrian Hetherington for 6th & 7th where the gap is 3.7sec, we’ll watch with interest.
