There are some new changes to our membership form for 2005.

1. Its now in triplicate if you receive a hard copy of the form, so for download purposes, print three copies when you download this form. One copy is for the club secretary, one copy for our club chairman and one copy for the club member to retain so they will know what events they are going to help us out with in 2005.

2. A question of should you wish your name, address and phone number to be of use by the club for offical club business only ie mail outs or if we need to contact you on offical club business OR Do you allow the club to give you details to others who would like to contact you for what ever reason they wish.

The second change is the most important as your application for club membership will be returned to you if you do not tick one of the two boxes.
