Despite an overnight downpour, it's a sunshine day here in Fethard-on-Sea with the 130 drivers making their way around the course right now for the first time in a practice run.

Weather conditions are absolutely ideal with the best weather seen around these parts so far this month.

Strong winds have been experienced here this morning, but they appear to be dying down.
