Sunday 10th September
The glint of devilment in Noel redmond's eye last night is starting to turn in to action this morning, he has reduced the lead held by Eamon Boland by 4" on the first two stages through Boley and newbawn this morning. in conditions a little cooler than yesterday, redmod has held good to his word that the rally is far from over as far as the winner is concerned
PJ McGrath seems to be settled nicely in 3rd spot, having eaked out a gap of 1'20" over David James in 4th.The gap from james to George Cullen is about the samee as last night, but there is no Washinton james to seperate them as was yesterday.
Willie Whitty has now been elevated to an excellent 6th in the top running 2WD car, followed by another 2WD of Tomas O'Rourke on identical time, split those two if you can. John Price, Neil williams and Mark Kennedy make up the rest of the top 10, with only 56" covering the last four places.
