Club members had a very good weekend in the Tipperary single stage on Sunday last. We ha hoped to bring you news soobner than this, but due to technical glitches both sides of the Atlantic on Tuesday(both my broadband and the website server in the U.S. decided to take a day off on the same day.

The ever efficient Geraldine Somers in the motor club office faxed over the results with Wexford club members marked for good measure. With that in hand , we here at the website office have added an extra column to the st of results that we have on site. Any of the club members have a "W" in column "L". Hope this makes it easier to follow.

The big thing that we can crow about is of course the second and third places of Liam Wall and Willie Whitty. It was tight at the top with only 15 seconds seperating the eventual winner, James Coleman(known around these parts), from Willie Whitty in third. James M Stafford put on his usual best display to finish a fantastic fifth overall, and a class win in class 11. John Somers made it a 1-2 in class 11, and only just missed out on a top ten finish.

Nicholas Cahill also came away from Cashel with a second place in class 3, but the class where Wexford members really dominated was the ultra competetive class 9. Club members took 1st, 2nd 4th, 6th and 7th in the form of Seamus O'Grady, Simon Kehoe, John Stafford, Derek kennedy and Brian Kirwan. humblest apologies to other clubs for not letting you get a look in!!!

Class 10 was also a winning class for the club, with Antony Roche taking the top prize here. Colm Kehoe took a creditable 5th here, with Joseph Nacey, Eddie Nolan and Frank Dwyer keeping the purple and gold well to the fore. Niall Fortune finished a fine 19th overall and 5th in class 13. well done to all!!!!!!
