Stephen Murphy has done it!!!, he has taken the seventh win here in wexford by a very handsome moargin of 3min 9secs from PJ McGrath in second and David James in third While McGrath knew that he was not able to catch the runaway winner, David James gave it all to take the second spot from the New Ross man, but to no avail.
Gwynndaff Evans has to be content with his fourth overall, a full minute behind James' yellow peril. Carlow's John Nolan rounded out the top five in his Escort.
Neil Williams made it home in sixth, a good return on his sortie across the pond. mark Kennedy romped home in 7th, his best ever placing in his home event, with Wayne Evans being the meat in the sandwich of Kennedy and John Somers in ninth.
