The news here from the results room is that Both Gabriel Martin and Liam Wall have gone out of the rally, Martin on SS9 from what we hear. When there are two local drop outs from the top 10, low and behold we have two more to take their place in the shape of John Somers and Sean Gual.
There is a very strong showing by local drivers in the class positions as well with local drivers leading no less than 9 of the classes. As expected on the very dry and warm stages, the retirement rate is increasing as the drivers pust the cars a bit in the very sunny weather we are experiencing.
Just to prove that our leader is not prone to the bit of drama, he had a close call with a hen on SS10. The poor beast couldn't decide what was the best way to avoid the Subaru, The hen's funeral is tommorow!!!!
