Murphy has comfortable lead after SS2
Enniscorthy

The early news from service here in Enniscorthy is that Stephen Murphy has a comfortable lead from David Long's Celica in second, with PJ McGrath following up in third spot.
The Garryhill man commented that the stages were a little slippy, but was able to run on slick tyres and had the luxury of being able to leave the turbo boost off. It looks like the reseeding of reserve driver, Long, in his Celica GT4 was a correct reseeding as his preformance is showing. We will just have to see if the improving conditions of this afternoon and the better weather expected tomorrow will increase the dice between the top two cars.
As we speak, we are waiting on a clarification on Noel Redmond's time so he will not show on the top 10 below, that's not to say the Bunclody man is not wringing the last drop of power from his Mitsubishi, not the Subaru listed in the start list. Being quite close to his home turf and having a good knowledge of the area, you cn bet he is not far of the pace.
News on the home front is good as well with a brilliant run by Mark Kennedy in the Nova, he is being sandwiched by another local duo of cars of David James and Liam Wall in their escorts. It is good to see the number of escorts mixing it in the top 10, maybe the lack of WRC's in the field has an upside!!
