due to difficulties getting online, we are a little late getting our first bit of news to you. but better late than never, we have a few titbits for you.


As was expect at rally HQ this morning, Donie O'Sullivan is putting it up to Stephen Murphy. He took 15 sec from the Carlow man on the first stage and a further 5sec on the second. Richie Curran is the suprise inclusion in the top three only trailing Murphy by 1 second. Noel Redmond is a good fourth 10sec behind Curran and 1sec clear of Melvyn Evans in fifth.


There is a tight gaggle of cars making up the rest of the ten with a good Local representation. John Price is in sixth 32sec behind Evans 8sec clear of George Mackey who is 9sec clear of a fast charging James M Stafford. The Nova really flying in the wet.Liam Wall is 1sec behind Stafford and 12sec clear of Steve Hendy in tenth. John Somers, with a fire, and a broken half-shaft for Willie Whitty have been some of the retirements
