Motorsport Ireland requirements for new entrants to motorsport

As most motorsport entrants are now aware, Motorsport Ireland now require all new competition licence applicants to take part in their new coaching scheme, before granting a licence. Any new applicant will need a signed completion form from whichever certified venue they attend(depending on which arm of the sport that they are interested). This has come in to force efective from the 1st December 2004.
