Members of the Bailey family were present for the official unveiling of the event, renamed in honour of the popular driver, who died in a crash during last Easter's Hillclimb.

They were joined at the Rosslare launch by Margaret Stafford, the sister of Joe Stafford, who passed away unexpectedly while competing in last November's Single Stage Rally.

Official details have been released of the rally route by Clerk of the Course Pat O'Dowd, with the south of the county the area most in focus this time around.
