Wexford's Liam Wall is out of the Fethard Rally after failing to make it in for service after a successful second stage.

Wall was trailing leader David James by 15 seconds after the opening stage, but won't have a chance to plug that gap now.

Liam's engine is believed to have given up the ghost, and on top of all that, there are severe gravel problems out on the stage.

A lot of the drivers are reporting that they're being caught out by the gravel on certain sections of the track.

Both David James and Trevor Colbert mentioned that they had run a new set of tyres on the second stage - and they won't be the only ones.
